I believe in a collaborative and non-pathologizing stance that centers people as agentive in their lives. My therapeutic approach is guided by Narrative Therapy, Feminist, and Poststructural Theory. I am a poly-friendly and LGBTQ+ affirming provider.
I aim to cultivate a respectful and dignifying environment for one to feel witnessed and supported. With personal experience around some of the challenges that might bring one to seek therapy, I embrace vulnerability within the shared space.
We will get to know the broader social contexts by which you live, connect with your unique skills and purposes, and co-explore how we might shift relationships with problems as you see fit.
I have found that this stance invites a world of possibility to emerge and imagination to bloom. For this reason, I honor your histories, intersectionalities, and principles of living. And it is my hope that together, we make these moments of your life more richly known.
